Pta surelly does more damage than the other, hob help you to put tre stack faster and lethal on an ap varus Is useless couse you oneshot before you get the stack. Thats it

@@smo6523 Lethal Tempo isn't completely useless, its actually maybe my 2nd favorite rune to run over PtA for AP. Its only useless if you *only* go for those one-shots and don't play it like the auto attack based build that it is.

When do you go crit and when do you go on hot Varus and which one is better

You can go crit for majority of games, I find it better to solo carry games with crit over onhit. But you go onhit when you see 2+ tanks and you have proper peel on your team to let you ramp up your dmg.

Q whenever you think you can go for the WQ all in lvl 2, E if you just wanna be safe and poke/farm early. All inning with E-W lvl 2 is still possible but its less secured
