I was wondering about part time job availability in Kofu

It depends on how good is your Japanese. If your fluent you can work basically everywhere. But if your Japanese is weak then a Macdonald is a good option for example. If you are on a student visa then you can work for only 28 hours a week.

hello I want to ask if in Unitas is there a business program? so when we graduate from the school we could instantly get a job

Language schools don't offer any business program. But usually they hold job fair where companies comes and offer some job opportunities, mostly in the tourist business or in plants, but also in IT, English teaching, etc. with that being said if you will not be at a high level of Japanese like N1 or at least N2 it will be very hard to find a job. Just know that no school can guarantee you a job.

how much is your rent at this apartment & how is your experience studying at Unitas? :-)

Hi, my rent is about 400$ a month and it covers electricity and water. I'm on the last floor of my building (7th). We have free Wi-Fi and we have a coin laundry on the ground floor. Actually, today was my first day at school and I feel that it went good. I'm in the beginners class and so we are a small group of 13 students in the class, which is great. They gave us all the books that we'll need. It's not a big school like those in Tokyo so more intimate and it gives a more responsive feel to the school. I also really like Kofu, a small town of about 200000 people. Not crowded, no traffic jams, no pollution, you can get by with a bicycle and on foot, no need for a car or even a train, unless you want to travel outside of the city.

​@@gustavobaciega4918 Hi Gustavo, I've applied using GOGO!NIHON service. They are very professional and responsive. They answer every question that you may have, it does take sometimes a few days for them to answer, but they do answer any question. Their service doesn't cost the candidate because they get a commission from the school. I recommend applying through then or a similar service because there is a lot of biocracy in Japan and it's good to have someone knowledgeable about the application processes.
