The apartment is beautiful, but this is very misleading. Subletting is usually illegal. Only if the tenants allow you to do so then it is permitted. And you said 800$ for a year if you lease? I find this hard to believe. Can you please correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks!

Ayush Dev For course-based it is hard to pay your tution fee just with the part-time job. Since your fee is about $8500-$9500 per semester and just with part-time. Part-time job helps pay for other expenses such as house and food.
