Upper caste private schools, colleges aur universities mai padenge. Lower caste wale govt schools, colleges aur universities mai. Upper caste wale private companies mai kaam karenge. Aur Lower caste wale govt jobs karenge. Aisa raha toh Upper caste aur Lower caste mai maar-peet nahi hogi. 🙂
