As I walked into Egypt Airlines office in Toronto to purchase my flight ticket to Ghana and noticed how rude they were, I just said this is a no no for me. Very arrogant and rude workers in that office. They are Africans and they treat other Africans bad.

I agree it is the worst. Recently flew with them. When we boarded it was filthy, they double booked some seats and it became chaotic! We left late so I missed my connecting flight. During my connection, they sent through just 1bag out of 3. One of them was a hand luggage they forced me to check-in and it had some of my medications in it, gifts from my grandparents and other valuables. Now it has been 12 days since my flight and I don't know where my other 2 bags are. Today they said that my bags might be in Istanbul!! Like what in earth!? Staff talk to you like you're a piece of sh*t. I will never fly with them again! Never

​@@UnrivaledMIATTA btw I was going to die In it like a scratched window bad head phones trash all over the floor but I was strong to clean it broken chare I'll explain Window:bad scratched but I was like so don't care I die I die at least I can sky dive 😑no joke that's what I said Head phones: are the anoyeng ones like hurts my ears like sheeeeeeshhhhh why aren't they like this emoji 🎧 Food:10/10 normal life food for me Seat:the seat was broken when I lay down it annoys the person behind me so he kept complaining so what I did is got the thing that helps your neck I sat on it and did not need to lay down 5/10 That's it need help for where to sit in airplanes sit in the second row 😊

Their 777-300ER is more comfortable older aircraft but bigger plane and it's more spacious with the same layout as the 787 which u flew on. I flew with them in April 4 times and all the flights were good. Breakfast on airlines are rarely good, I had lunch or dinner on my flights with them and the crew were nice on 3/4 flights. They're a solid airline not as good as etihad, emirates or qatar, but still decent for the price too. You must of had an unlucky experience with them. Trust me they're much better than how they were 5 years ago. But the plane you were on is the newest in their fleet just about 2 years old and it's already dirty and they haven't kept the cabin in good shape which is disappointing for a new plane.

It’s ur opinion and I respect that But actually Egypt Air is much better than a lot of Europe airlines. Someone I know said that he took a 4 hours flight on swiss airlines and they didn’t give any food or drinks u should buy them on board can u imagine that Anyway it’s not the point u don’t like it then don’t ever buy a ticket and use another airlines Wish u the best

@@UnrivaledMIATTA No you are wrong no airline will allow passengers to remove blankets,pillows etc with their blessing from their aircraft unless you bought it(low cost airlines) Blankets are washed and reused in fact There are airlines that take away your blanket just before landing for cases like this where passengers take them away.

I was glad to find this video because I'm about to purchase a ticket on EgyptAir from New York to Cairo. I have a real concern about pets in the cabin because I have a severe cat allergy. I know they allow pets and cabin but I'm just wondering out of curiosity did you see a lot of travelers that had pet carriers on your flights either to or from the US?

I flew in egypt Air for a 7 hours flight, it was really nice the seats were clean and my experience was actually so good and the flight attempts was nice

Not trying to be rude but I just wanted to say that not all egypt air planes are like that, it depends on the country the plane is in because they have to clean it , I live in United Arab Emirates and no matter what the airline is, they will clean it. So basically it depends on how the airport cleans the plane . Also egyptair is an amazing airline because its the best airline I've ever been on .

It depends on the country because a lot of the planes are very clean and great the Emirates every plane is clean and egypt is a very desert-like country half of it is desert so it will be dirty and its hard to clean that
