Good morning, Kim. As ever, you've been very honest and we all should learn to talk freely about our health and emotional problems. Maybe there's someone else who has experienced the same things and can help. Maybe we can help them. I feel as if I'm not going at full energy sometimes and I can't tolerate grains. @@linpollock54 hi Lin! I think the grains and energy thing are definitely something Ayurveda has an answer for. I’ll get into that soon because it’s a great starting point! Yes you are absolutely right, by sharing my own journey hopefully it can help other people, and through community- we can all help each other. It’s a good thing!

For me when I finally got strict and eliminated gluten and dairy after years of being on and off again I have been way way better! I use Bigalows Extra sleepytime tea with Valarian if i wake up due to my stressful life situation/ racing mind in the middle of the night. Or sometimes I can't get to sleep. That really helps me and I sleep. Surely pray that you continue to heal and get better! Enjoyed all the vlogmas!

@@valeriebishop561 I agree with you 100%. Wheat is definitely a problem. Well done getting strict and sticking with a change that is for your own best good? I believe there is nothing more settling and restorative than a beautiful cup of bedtime tea. My favorite is the Yogi Tea restful sleep but I can’t always get it. I don’t love the taste of valerian but it’s ok when blended with other herbs. Glad you were with me for Vlogmas!
