Flair, your little girl is going to make so many memories with you at this cabin. I can see Beefcake construction building a tree house for her with a swing hanging down for you to push her in. Tree house could serve two purposes. Treehouse for your daughter and deer blind for you. Love Macy’s reaction to your cabin. Letting her help with the decorating was a smart move.

Another huge tip is to try shooting with both eyes open. You will be able to see more clearly and focus more on your target while able to notice any movements to the sides of ya. It has definitely helped me throughout the years of bowhunting.

I have done archery for 7 years and the reason you are accurate when you practice is because you are practicing with field tips and not the brod heads you are using to shoot the deer, there is a weight difference.

Another tip that idk if you do but when you get to a spot to hunt. Go ahead and find a reference point like a tree or fence post or whatever you can easily reference and get a range on it so you don’t have to pull your range finder out every time you see a deer. Then by using what you’ve already got a range on you’ll have a general idea of how far out the deer is.

It's also a good idea to take off the clothes you wear in the stand and leave them outside so they don't absorb smells we dont notice ( air fresheners , bacon , grease, popcorn , cologne and blah blah , it also helps to de scent them .... as long as u wash your hunting clothes in a scent free detergent and use a scent free deodorant , leave them ouside when you come in , you pretty much don't need to worry about scent

I think it could help .make the deer less suspicious and at ease if you start wrapping and covering and wrapping your hut with the local vegitation, making it look more natural cause right now, ut seems like that's the first thing the deers are noticing, gotta turn it into like a giant bush brush pile 👌🏼

Those deer are sniffing you guys out. Need some scent blocker and spray some fox urine on your foot gear. Deer will smell that fox urine and relax because if they smell fox then it means everything is ok. Brooklyn is a cutie! It would make sense to live at the cabin if you are closer to your duck lease and if its closer to where your new house is being built, it would make sense to sell the other house and live at the cabin for the mean time.

In your box blinds, hang a deflated basketball or something similar, while your not there. The deer will get familiar with the sight and not be spooked when your in the box blind. Kind of trick them into thinking a silhouette isn’t a danger in the windows.

Your drop your bow quick right after you release follow through the shot. Meaning hold your bow up until you hear your arrow hit. I used to have the same problem that’s how I fixed it and I found it to be the easiest way

BIG fan of the cabin vlogs. Wish there was a 💙 button instead of just a 👍🏼. I can't explain why because I love all your videos, but this one may very well be one of my all time faves. Maybe it's because Macy and Brooklyn visit you at the cabin, I can't say, but either way I loved it. I like the laminate (or whatever it's called) flooring we have in our house. The only pisser is the dogs walking on it is so annoying, especially when you are trying to sleep, haha (and yes, our dogs' nails are trimmed). I'm probably in a small category of your viewers, being a 51yo woman. Andrew your drive, sense of humour, wllingness to take things on, make things fun, learn new things, as well as your focus on your family is what makes you special. I recently had to unsubscribe from Uncut as I'm disabled and it doesn't pay very well. I have health care costs that have gone up. I will say, it was the last of anything that I'm subscribed to that I cancelled. I hope to be back. Either way, I enjoy all of your videos and like to go back the the oldies (rewatched the one where you got Lucy the other night) and will be watching faithfully.
