Try plain popcorn for the heartburn. It works like a charm. I used to take Prilosec and once I got the popcorn thing going on, I have almost never had heartburn again. It seems to balance the stomach biome. 😊

I lived on Melanta while pregnant with my 2nd child. I checked into deliver weighing 3 lbs less than I was pre pregnancy and once she was born I was 40 lbs lighter. It was a horrible 9 months. My hands went numb, heart burn, sciatica pain, you name it. Hang in there.
