If you paid with a credit card, I would file a chargeback against the guy/company since you essentially did the deck on your own. Even if he tries to sue you, he’s going to lose because his “work” vs your work is night and day and he should get his contractors license revoked. If you paid with cash, I would demand at least 50% of your payment back or threaten small claims. His work was unacceptable and he gaslit you into accepting that garbage. Post the before and after photos everywhere so people know not to work with him.

Must be ALL HOSPITALS in Canada!! I've been chronically ill for 3 yrs, (ironically bum bum related lol 🥀 ) and have had to deal with soooooo many horrible, unprofessional people, interactions, missteps, and irresponsible medical 'professionals', especially when you're ILL and VERY VULNERABLE, it's HORRENDOUS!! Hi Toni! I'm sorry to hear about your mom, I hope she has a speedy recovery! Also, I can totally relate to the frustration around contractors. I swear, it is so difficult dealing with them as a younger woman because they treat us like idiots and don't take anything we say seriously! I could make a whole "My House From Hell" series on bad home inspectors, bad movers, literally everything in my "move in ready" house breaking and failing, then dealing with bad contractors who just make the process a nightmare...it has been a mess for me as a first time homebuyer. Reformer pilates is AHMAZING I can’t even imagine what a hot version would feel like!! I used to go for 8-10 hours a week and was in THE best shape of my life but the nearest studio is now an hour away😢.
