My battle with mental health while in ministry...

Grateful for the opportunity to share a deeper side to my story of struggling with depression, low self-esteem & thoughts of un-aliving myself but through the lens of how it affected ministry.
I pray this is an encouragement to someone out there to hold on. dealing with mental illness isn't easy, especially in church plus ministry at that! This is a reminder that having struggles doesn't hinder the love of God and it does not disqualify you from the call over your life! Gods grace is more than enough to bring you through! He uses the broken and dirty things to bring him glory! I pray that my testimony and my journey encourage you not to give up, but to look to the hill from where your help comes because your help comes from the Lord! Psalm 121:1-2
