Sephora, M and S r even ipresent in Tier 1 cities and Tier 2 cities like Pune,Chandigarh... I was living in Chennai, now living in Mumbai, most of International Brands r already here, and these brands have huge competition in their line of business.... Even in UK, u travel to Tier 1 London for luxury shopping
