To be fair on the guy with 15m, when i started playing again (just started a few days ago to check out horizons), I got a blue cache and immediately made my first 1.5m from a t8 robe. It happens, literally 5 minutes out of the black zone market, in 4.0 equipment and i make my 1.5m

The Warhorse was a thing but then it got turned into the armored horse skins we have now, on NA server they still exist in limited quantity, if you equip one it just looks like you have an armored horse skin on
