I love the DM family of ships, and they are perfect for Halsey. anal police is an incredible addition to the DM family. I think if the enemy didn't have a super cv or a nakimov, this may have been a comeback. excellent game, nonetheless. ggwp

Sometimes you just can't carry. I had a massive 340k game in the Schlieffen not too long ago that we ended up losing. Team just evaporated on one flank and the other side just couldn't push them back hard enough before the enemy won on points.

I've been playing this game for just over 12 months. I have paid, but only for credit boosts and very rarely. Videos like this are highly educational for a noob like myself. Annapolis is a great DD hunter/killer so for that RL is way better skill than Top grade gunner imho. If you need extra DPM around caps you already have funny button. RL and DM radar, hydro and that DPM makes you perfect to hunt down enemy DDs and kill thew. Just follow the RL marker until you are spotted, pop hydro and than radar and then just kill him. I have tons of Annapolis games with 2-3 DD kills where I even make a profit.

the spaced armor is a big balance issue. DM is already the best cruiser in the game in a skilled player's hands, so why not make a super version that doesn't have DM's primary weakness, right WG?!?

Great game, too bad your team was so shit. I use range mod as well, there are so many opportunities to hit stuff at 18+ kms. It just makes sense.

Yeah the Annapolis is ANYTHING but tanky!! Yeah if you are behind an island you are pretty safe....out in the open it is nothing to lose 1/2 to 3/4 of your hp with one salvo from another ship!

I have to comment once again about how ludicrous your statement about how "tanky" Annapolis is. I have played it a few more times since I last commented trying to do as you did and find islands to hide behind and 90% of the time as soon as you are spotted you are targeted by the other team and are soon out of the game! A few and I do mean a few times you may get lucky and last to the end but that is the exception and not the rule. Posting one of your games where you did very well and making the statement you made "The ship is surprisingly tanky" is incredulous at best!!! There are DDs that can take more damage from a salvo than this ship!! JMO.

The playerbase is truly abominable. Unrealistically bad. One good player like PQ is usually worth 7-9 of the "average" potatoes. And maybe i am even downplaying this a bit. After 18k+ battles and 6 years into the game i have stopped playing since January 2022. And it wasn't superships, subs or even the catastrophic influence CVs have on the game (although this last one is pretty bad). It was utter frustration from the "average" WoWS player. Nice game PQ, actually VERY nice but i must confess it was sad to watch.
