Can you imagine one of the old masters seeing this and trying to figure it out? It’d blow their minds with modern techniques.

Hello Miss Molly you are amazing I've been trying to get ahold of you. Uh-huh should have just texted you this way I think I'm having some problems with your email but that's my fault I would love to take your online course I want to know your paint mixtures and your medium's I think I did find your video where you have are mixtures listed but I want to be able to do some paint pouring a lot like you do I think you're one of the best artists out there there are many and they are wonderful but I love your techniques especially the Dutch Force when you have a chance maybe you could give me a shout out thank you I might try to do the ocean pour today

The queen of the blow dryer!! Molly you always make it look so easy!!! Note to self: look at how watery her paint is! It has to be pretty watery for the blow dryer to blow the paint around. I'm always thinking mine is too watery but it's usually not watery enough. Thanks Molly! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

This is my VERY favorite wave painting. Can you please explain a little more about the mixing of paints with Amsterdam and Creative Insperations? Is there another paint we can use with Amsterdam, or can we add something to Liquitex to make it get these beautiful cells? I love everything you do, and teach and your beautiful smile. Thank you!

You can create a beautiful piece of art like this in this short period of time but there’s something about taking your time, the more tedious work in drawing or hand painting etc that makes the end result much more satisfying to me than something like this
@MOLLYSARTISTRY4 жыл бұрын
I edit my videos to be short. What you are missing is the mixing of the colors, the decision for colors composition, the fiddling that occurs after to really make the piece beautiful......that can also be very satisfying. I show you a short snippet of what actually occurs. I do abstract paint brush work as well and I agree, it can be satisfying as well. It depends on the mood i am in. But to each their own
@jadex034 жыл бұрын
MOLLY'S ARTISTRY I never meant to imply you just slapped it together just once you have the mixing and colors prepared the blow dryer does a majority of the work. Still a stunning outcome!!

Your so funny,,stunnnning!stunning!! It is..I've been an artist my whole life..and I always thought pouring..ha! Anyone can do this...NOPE!! It is very hard.loys if wasted paint and spilled and anyway it's fun buy I respect anyone who can do it well like you Rinske and Olga..I'm slowly figuring it out ..and realized that good colorful paint is key..my problem is I can't leave it alone .so I ruin it and start over .I'm going to try your wave today...on smaller canvas. And have a practice one..so yes you 3 rock!! It's hard folks..I look years ago there was a man that painted under the sea paintings..georgeous! He never told anyone his secrets...and in a way it was good but I always wondered. Maybe finally he did and now everyone is doing it..I live you guys and I'll keep watching and stop overdoing it .ruined pics are expensive and frustrating..but it's how you learn..ok. here I go. And Molly I hope I'm singing ' It's STUNNING!! LOL CRACKED ME UP..

I love, love, love it! I grew up by the ocean & used to dive under those waves & roll me under. Lol! I’m still alive, am I? So the only thing I’d suggest is, because those waves usually form like that at a not so shallow, not so deep part of the water, the colour is more on the green side with light blue of course & maybe more white “bubbles”. Dark blue colour is more on the deeper water & waves don’t usually do that there.

I enjoy watching your pours and I feel as if I am learning how to do this. I tried a wave today using the blow dryer and ending up scraping it. I liked it at first and then it seemed to get muddy because I think I didn't use enough paint and I was working with it too much. I am still trying to figure out the ratio of the acrylic, medium, and water. I am going to try it again. Thank you for all your videos.
