I wonder what is faster. The speed of a bullet or twitch chat whenever Pekin misses a cannon. The !c appears almost instantly when he misses one and it's never the same person.

Interestingly we can see luxanna typing in the last couple minute where we see the real twitch chat, but on the left twitch chat their messages don’t show up. Conspiracy confirmed, bekin is trying to silence luxanna.

It should, though with the amount of bugs and inconsistencies with that item ATM I wouldn't bet on it. But even if it does, it's a meme strat. Crits from the stat and guaranteed crits don't stack, and IE scales with crit chance. So either you build a scaling item without scaling off of it at all or you build anti-synergy. Not good either way.
