How to get most out of my Conquerer, that ship is brain dead. 15k/ salvo and set him on multiple fires. With the superheal and backline snipping? That's unkillable to me, not any BBs else

Using the stuff I learned in your aiming video, I was able to get a similarly satisfying blind shot! I was in a GK (1/4 hp) pushing south against a Yammy (3/4hp) on the west side of the 2 bros map. He was able to get behind the island at G2, when he was about 12km away from me, and the cyclone dropped to 8km while he was still behind the island. I waited until I thought he would come around the other side of the island, then unloaded my front guns into the water. Low and behold, 2 cits! Overall, I've improved a lot by watching your vids, my average dmg per game has skyrocketed! I actually feel useful to my team, even when I'm in a GK!

I think you should try max reload build Republique. Furious + Close Quarter Combat + AR + Sec Range legendary captain captain. I think I got the reload down to 11-12 seconds on those sweet 431s and it gets absolutely hilarious late game.

And have 21p J.J.Honore as commander AR 0.25% bit better , but I had many epic battles on Republique (AKA Citadelique) .

@@cookiesupervisor2211 she’s my favorite citadel blapper. Last night on this build I handed 3 devastating strike to a DM, a Mino, and a Worcester within the last 7 mins of the match. Nobody expects 13s reload on this thing. Even DDs got CHUNKED with her HE. It’s so fun I finished the match with 7 kills and 270k damage.

@@PotatoQuality You should try playing Yamamoto , with -34% reload after you get Kraken and heal bust ,I have mine Yamamoto on Yamato but he mostly command Musashi and that combo is a record beating machine , I had my best battle on her 268k dmg , 8 kills and I love that build so much I have 1925 battles on Musashi :) out of my 10.354 in random.

An interesting game and a shot to be rightfully proud about. I've had some good success with blindshots in the last months myself as well. Nothing as impressive as this, but good enough to make random teammates voice their praise at times. Your guide on aiming and blindshots certainly did their part in achieving those, so I would like to use this opportunity to say thank you for that. Also a detail I would be interested in hearing your opinion about: I noticed you just dumped the whole salvo at your best guess of where the Khaba would be. I tend to spread out single shots a little to cover a larger area with my blindshots usually and as I already said I get pretty decent results out of it, but I can see the argument for concentrating the salvo to minimize the chance of missing even on a correct guess due to the already worse dispersion without target lock. What is you take on this?

I agree, the rudder shift on Montana is dreadful, and with the improved heal you can skip out on 15% less burn time of fires, Yamato also has similar dreadful rudder shift

Look into the secondaries of Colombo. Yes, 90mm does not penetrate anything. However, the shells lob in the highest arcs I have ever seen secondaries go. They shoot over mountains behind islands. It's amazing to start fires on something that's behind an island.

Years ago, before CVs ruined the game, I would play Montana in Clan Battles and my specialty was putting the hurt on island-hugging bow-in Stalingrads. You can consistently get 10-15k plunging hits into her superstructure forcing them out of their position within a few salvos.

I use to play NavyField way back in the day (kind of dating myself here... but whatever) and I always wanted the Montana in that game, but never had the time for the crazy grind. When I started playing this during the beta, my goal was the Montana... and that was the only line I grinded until I got her... and I love her. I still think she is my most favorite ship I have ever played in WoWS (I dont play it anymore, I wont play a game from a company who doesnt give a damn about anything but making monkey off a game that is just becoming more P2W and broken). Such an amazing ship. Even with her being "dated" in game standards, she was amazing.

Kudos to your carrier for going for the CAP. Unusual sentience for the breed. (Oh yeah, well done. I would have pushed earlier and would not have had the same success. On the Iowa, maybe. Not ever going to get a Tier 10 except for the Des Moines I already own. Too many FrankenBoats at high tiers.)

I got 7 kills with this build just today xD Sure it was a 2BB no CV airship game - but secondaries secured a kill on the only dd stopping me to go on their flank. Literally the last shell when he smoked up. This build creates opportunities that survivability doesn't, definitely worth trying

I've done a similar shot once, was at closer range but I similarly predicted the path of an undetected ship and hoped they were moving along my predicted path and boom. Dev struck a very very unhappy Cruiser xD

I love my Conquerors heal especially with the signal flag. It annoys me a little though when people take my having lots of hp someway through the battle to mean I aren't doing anything. I can't help it if it heals 43k hp, which is over half the entire hp of the ship itself :~) Also the sitting back in Conq helps me drop shells over the little island in the middle of some maps that dd's and such hide behind. I would, maybe others would too, if you could do one of these types of videos for the Conqueror, maybe help me increase my performance and longevity. Up around 240k'ish maximum damage dealt, hoping to increase that though.

No, it's same dispersion with same sigma, but yes I know what you are talking about, sometimes a ship is just cursed on your account and you will never make it work.

I have it the other way.I love NC guns and i can lead well with them but the moment i run Iowa/Montana it goes to shit for first few shots.

@@RyItar The NC guns are basically god-tier. It doesn't even make sense on paper, they're only a .45 cal compared to the .50 cal on the Iowa and Montana, but they're much more accurate. It doesn't even make sense compared to the other US BBs, the Premium ones. The Massachusetts and Alabama in real life used the exact same turrets as the NC and the Washington, but Massa's dispersion feels like rolling dice with each pull of the trigger and Alabama's is only slightly better, maybe on the same level as the Iowa. Even after getting those two, I still play my NC more because of just how much better it is as a BB (even tanking is easier with it, and with a secondary build I feel safer from DDs, even though it's lacking the crazy turrets of the Massa or Georgia).

I'm interested in seeing if Musashi can do anything with the extra 150s it gets over Yamato - especially considering its poorer sigma means it's closer range anyway. it seems a bad choice, but I seem to recall Denarmo or someone doing a Shikashima 2ndry build and enjoying it a lot.

Musashi has good horizontal dispersion and small vertical dispersion and Yamato is the opposite. Sigma determines the chances of shells hitting the place u aim which doesnt really mean anything. If Musashi have one weakness, it's the AA. Nothing else

Musashi also has the crappier secondaries Yamato gets. Shikishima has the 150s, but also has 5 100mm DP turrets per side, with better arcs and RPM. A secondary build Shiki is much more viable than either, especially when taking the lower shell volume into account.

I think Yamato shells are even easier to use than Montana's. When I can overpen even the midships upper armor belt on a broadside Vermont or the citadel of anything smaller than a battleship, then I do not need to care about where to aim, either.

That's just its usual camo I think, but reversed coloring. You can unlock reverese patterns for some of the camos by completing the American Cruisers collection, from the Coal containers. With most US patterns, it just turns something that was Navy Gray into a deep Navy Blue, and reverse. For some ships it's more drastic (it turns the Oklahoma black, similar to the Arizona's default skin, and it turns the Arizona gray, like the Oklahoma's skin. It makes no sense to me, but that's how it is). The various sections unlock this for DDs, Cruisers, BBs and CVs, as well as allow you to fly two flags on your ships (the cosmetic ones, the buff flags remain unchanged). Hope this helps :)

I think PQ should do tier lists in each country at every tier….for example…..best to worst out of t10 BB’s and at tier 9….8 etc. And then do cruisers dd’s etc

"Now with the commander rework" of the rework, of the rework. Were on the third rework now. I mean Montana has those HEAVY AP shells that hit for 13k a pop right? Aside from Vermont with its 457s id say that is still the most damage per broadside, depends on how much the Italian shells do. Actually, just personally speaking, just speck into Flak if you got the points to spare and you should be fine (she gets 9 flak i want to say with skills which do 1600 ish if they hit deadcenter), Its enough to SWAT Japanese and German planes, and the future Russians (seriously the ranger has more hp then the tier 10 ruski) but the US and British CVs (if you ever see the British anymore) can tank a flak shell or 2. Far as im concerned AA damage is useless since you have that stupid "Accuracy" stat that lowers your Damage by a percentage, Although with skills your average aa is mid 400s which is respectable.
