@@GiorgioCoppolaCycling yes there was quite few hoof marks😁. The mud actually worked in my favour as loads of stronger guys pulled out and I ended up with 9th in my first national in the GV's. My skinny mud tyres worked brilliantly, still clogged up at times though😆. Really pleased with 9th

Can you still get ( and be allowed to use) really narrow mtb mud tyres? Bought them one spring in the 90s when it was just mud every week. 26x 1.5 Maxis things, they were brilliant, never blocked up and gripped really well. Got some pics of a race at Eastnor when there were 3ft deep puddles on the course... don't get that anymore 😂😂 great vid and result 🙂
