I am running a similar deck this week. Ivy-Earth Elemental - Alchemist - Trapper - Bruiser. I am still low level and don't have a dryad yet. And using a Bruiser to get some dps.

I'd say swap off Ivy for either Trapper, Frost/Cold mage or Banshee. Or even swap out both HQ and Ivy for Banshee + Trapper/Frost/Cold mage. Also try get one EE at high merge rank. And then just get those Alch's to rank7. Also, would love to see a fun Grindstone build. I myself are using 1 center grindstone, 4 wind archer around it. Trying to max up the grindstone asap. Slapping dmg.
