A duffle with a random color can spawn on the building that has a prison cell, and a ladder and a room with good stuff, the duffle can spawn at the right side if your climbing the ladder on mackinaw smuggle airstrip and another fact: An NCO katana can spawn on large chest I have a screen shot on my PC that I got it
