Most of them do, but for example the scorpion in this video was made before I had mods so you dont need any mods to use it. If you want to download them all then you should also download all the mods I listed in the doc just to be safe.

it's always surprised me how good the animations for spore creatures are, considering the amount of customization there are most creations move like they actually would

It's a lot harder to get the creatures to move properly, especially complex ones like Arockados. A single slight moment of the legs will mess up the entire body. I think its because the entire body itself is made out of limbs, that the game doesn't know what to do. Same thing with a spider I made, you can add a single part to the top for example, and it will start moving like a caterpillar for no reason. It's a delicate balance to be honest.

The legs are made from the Pownty End from Dark Injections the with the bottom "join" it is as small as can be. To make it walk/give it more abilities, I put feet on the limbs and made them really small with the unlimited scaling mod. Hope that helps!

Yes, all of them are original except for the Grox as that is already in the game, I just added some extra parts to make it more interesting.

Most of the time I just get on when I'm bored and either work on unfinished creatures or just put a bunch of parts and hope I get an idea. With Arockados, I already had an idea that was basically 'Big alien mantis/ant looking thing'. It took me a while to figure out what exactly I wanted it to look like but it's by far my favorite creature I've ever made. Sometimes I also just ask someone nearby to give me a random animal and try to build of of it.

Make a green disgusting beast with extremely tall legs and a tiny dot-body and a huge eye with a tiny mouth. Make a basketball with tiny legs and long arms and 5 eyes. Masterpieces and works of art does not belong in spore! Even though these beasts this guy made truly are works of art and masterpieces.

Unfortunately I am unable to share my modded creatures because they are well, modded. Any vanilla creatures I have made can be found by searching TylerMax1 on the sporepedia. I will try to start making some more vanilla friendly creatures and try to recreate my modded creatures into vanilla creatures but I can't make any promises.
