For milim team, run LR diane instead of gowther. You get atk related stats + 40% dmg

70-77k just focus on whatever difficulty you can do first until you get better gear and true awaken/max cosmetics/holy relics

Hero's arena counts as pvp for things like relics and passives. It's still a "PvE" gamemode though, since you're facing bots.
