If you shingle before applying the gel, you wont have to use too much gel or to touch your hair after applying the final product. Try adding your leave in or cream, then shingle... then add the gel to the whole section already shingled. Thats how I do it, and it works wonders! Still you got beautiful results and your hair is beautiful 😍

I usually do cream only wash & go’s and I love them but they take more product than when I pair it with a gel. I think it’s wasteful to use the amount of cream product necessary to shingle coily hair successfully only to put gel on top, especially considering gel is significantly cheaper, is easier to shingle with, and won’t hit you in the pockets as hard if you’re liberal in your application.

I tried a new wash and go combo using wetline and some twist lock creme by Jamaican mango and lime.... this was the best thing I ever did for my wash n go lol my hair so defined, shiny, and elongated. and no crunch at all but still an Amazing hold. u should try it !!!! it smells good too & I think the creme made my hair take wayyyy less time to dry my hair was dry in 2 hours (usually takes 2 days due to high density hair)
