I love the way you worked your way through this piece, it's beautiful. I had a try at your swipe method on a 24/12 canvas to aim towards a larger piece. I want to take my hat off to you Fiona, you make it look a lot easier than it is. You are right about being brave and not quitting. I was halfway through and I was about to scrape and start again, took a breath and kept going. Thank you for sharing your amazing successes and difficulties.

Congratulations, I feel you did a great job on swiping on this canvas. I also think you colour palette was spot on. I don’t know if you use it, however there is a few Acrylic Paint Calculators that you can use, I like the Olga Soby one, these are fantastic and ensure you have the right amount of paint, for your canvas. Just a suggestion, I thought you might find useful. Your swipe piece is amazing ♥️💐💐

Is pretty, but it could’ve been better. The more puddles, the more areas you need to work on at the same time, and in the process the cells get all distorted. I personally dislike distorted cells so much!! Thanks for sharing, this is how we all learn ❤
