In games like this where you feel like you can't do anything, start trying Torb especially, but Reaper and even Hanzo can be good options too. Torb turret is just so much pressure for free and you just spam and exist, where E is a safe button to stay alive whenever you take damage. Reaper you can go and shoot their tank or Hanzo with the random spam in their direction will get random kills. Sometimes good options when you feel like you can't do anything else.
