Great looking specimen mate! I had one here in New-Zealand when I was a young teenager. I paid $50 for it, catch being I had to drag it out of a swamp. What do you think the top speed is on your bike?
@zem62172 жыл бұрын
I drove it only once to a speed of 100 km/h, and there was still some reserve. I just felt sorry for him, given his age. My big wish is to have a TS 250 one day, because it is an unfulfilled wish from my youth. I hope your TS survived the swamp.

Looks like a 74/75 model, I have one too. The US version has a different taillight setup, much bigger. My front guard sits higher too. It runs but can't get it registered for the road😢. Speaking of dreams, I am a proud owner of a 74 ts400 apache. It's in pieces but looks to be complete, I don't think it was available in a few other countries. Eventually it will be road worthy. Nice looking bike you have there!😀

Thats a fine looking bike sir, I have a suzuki ts50 from 1974, its modified as a scrambler, when the project is ready i will share it here on youtube. One question, are these ts bikes loud naturally?
@zem62172 жыл бұрын
I think so, because the exhaust is original. On the other hand, motorcycles were also legally loud in 1974. Good luck with your TS 50 restoration.

How far can a liter go?

If you mean fuel consumption, I've never measured it. I estimate that approximately 30 km.

A blast from my past! My first bike was a '73 TS125. Great, reliable, easy to work on little trail bike.
