You are smashing motherhood. Breastfeeding is so hard and you are right no one tells you how hard it is. No one is a better mum to Maddox than you and you are his mum for a reason.

@@lozbinchz3480personally no one told me how hard it was. Everyone I knew who had breastfed their babies, made it out as if it’s this magical experience when in reality for me and my baby it was hard for the first 4 months with undiagnosed tongue tie and him having issues with his larynx and not gaining weight. It was also very draining both physically and mentally. We made it to 6.5 months which was a massive achievement for me.

bare in mind membrane sweeps are a method of induction and can be denied. there is no need to be induced and it only increases the chance of complications. due dates are an abstract estimate, baby comes when theyre ready. you can also deny cervical checks as they only stress out mum who thinks 'how am i only 1cm' when in reality baby could come in an hour or in 10. your body needs to be relaxed to produce oxytocin to not stall labour.

This sounds exactly like my first birth this is crazy. I only had gas and air and was in labour from 9-1. I loved my first birth. I am due my second in may I pray it goes the same ❤️

My birth was the same🙈 just gas & air and morphine.. I thought the contractions were worse too!! I love giving birth to be honest🥰

I had my daughter at hull royal on the 21st but I had to be induced and my god when they say induction pain when on the oxytocin is something different they aren’t lying 😭😩
