The sweet potato fries are very much a play on a staple un American households for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's sweet potato casserole. It's sweet potatoes mixed with egg sugar and butter and then with both marshmallow and/or caramel type topping with pecans. It's delicious!! It's essentially a dessert.
