You know what I LOVE about Shannon? You can easily tell that she digs through her Makeup Collection and finds items that she hasn't used often, or maybe hasn't used in a while and she mixes things up! A lot of Beauty Gurus use the same products in every look, and Shannon is constantly switching it up, and still creates the most flawless, effortless look every time! I hate feeling the need to post this, but PLEASE do not buy from Gerard Cosmetics ladies. They are such a horrible company. Their products have bad ingredients and have broken so many people out, and when a lady called the owner out on it, the owner just called her the ugliest person she'd ever seen. I've heard so many horror stories about the packaging coming broken or scratched, or even not at all. Again, with no response from the company. As someone who's dealt with this kind of customer service, please do not support Gerard Cosmetics.

Lilly Smith for real thougggh! Their customer service is so shiity, and unprofessional. I recieved my 1995 lipstick and the lid was cracked all the way open and so the lipstick was really dried out and weird, so i emailed them and told them whatsup. after 2 weeks of waiting to hear from them, they responded and said that i needed to send them proof of it being broken when i got it, so I sent them pictures of it?.. They never ended up responding, and its been about a year now.

DInh kind of a similar situation with limecrime, horrible owner of the company who just puts people down if they don't like their products and apparently use really bad ingredients and breaks a lot of people out when they use them. As well as horrible customer service which sometimes results in you never getting the products you order and never getting them replaced either.
