That little book is what Polish babies get when they leave the hospital. All their health facts, and shots, their weight and length, their birthmarks, their eye color, hair color, all these things about them are in there since their first breath, to adulthood. All their doctors visits, all their vaccinations, all their illnesses will be put in that book throughout their life. It's kind of a birth certificate, but a lot more detailed.
