Don't be too precious with the Vitamin C. It goes 'off' after a bit. If you can keep it in the refrigerator too, that helps prolong it's life. I tend to use mine up quickly, but it's an expense I'm happy to pay for (especially as I'm in my 50's) Happy belated birthday! xo
