Seeing your video reminds me that I have the Bop It 2 (2002) at home. I've got it when I was little from a business friend of my dad. I remember the frustration of playing this game because the pace of this version was very high! This video triggers me to search for it and play this game again. Great childhood memories.... 13:50 I found a Bop It Extreme at my local goodwill alongside a Bop it XT and the extreme looked like it was in terrible condition (speakers didn’t last 30 seconds). I added in some new batteries and it was so friggin loud I could barely play it without waking up anybody in the house!

I played it without the shout, but it didn't last long because my mom wouldn't let me keep playing with it. I didn't even get past novice without my mom calling me over. I can't take the bop it with me meaning that I had to deliberately fail. Dommage... 21:14 Found a red version (the one you have) at a local jomar. I decided to play it. Unfortunately, on the carabiner version of the bop it shout, the shout it is not optional. I only scored 3 because I didn't wanna shout it. Sometimes, I got past that. I decided to buy it, but my mom wouldn't let me. Dommage... 11:59 Found a bunch of these at several stores. The first one I found was at the same jomar I found the carabiner. The second one was at a Macy's store in Northeast Philadelphia (I found two of them there), and the third was at my local Burlington. I pulled out the demo tag on the one I found at Burlington. When I returned, the bop it was still there. There were cringe moves when I returned and I erased all of them. I didn't make any moves though. Dommage to whoever made the cringe moves. 24:15 Found this in a goodwill in my area that moved to a new location (still in my area). It didn't come with a ball. Dommage... Could have found another ball somewhere else in the store, but didn't bother playing it.

Jake, I noticed the XT spinet it’s half the sound of the shake it shake it has the sound of the spinet. Did you found that weird that a regular XT has the sound of a shaker for shaken spin it for a spin it but a carabiner shake a sound on a spinach and a spin. It sound for a shake, and I found a pretty weird but most of it is pretty cold.

Yoooo! Bop it's were my favorite things when I was younger and I was happy to see how the game has progressed. The Bop it Extreme 2 is still my all time favorite though. Do they not do the 16 beat switch up on any other ones? Anyways I really wish they catered this to a more passionate crowd. Like those who really want to do speed runs/world record type stuff. This would mean a limitless high score and a culmination of features from other games. I think the challenge idea from zing it is perfect to eliminate the 1/1/1/1/1 monotony and add some variation. I also like that they added colors to some of them and they have modes that switch between vox/sound effect/color.

The highest score possible on a bop it has reached a new milestone. The bop it button was set to go to 1 million, but that would take 11 days straight, with no sleep, to beat! So it was programmed to go to 2,500. Which is like beating the Bop It download 2 times in a row, and beating the bop it blast on any of the 3 levels right after that. So yeah there you go.
