I have a border collie slash golden retriever mix and an orange cat. I WISH they got along this well. One day, there was a thunderstorm and the dog did not want to go outside to use the bathroom. She used the litter box. It only happened once in three years. I was just surprised she knew exactly what it was for. The cat only uses it when it's super cold or raining. The cat scratches on the door to go outside as well.
