the last thing you should be shocked about in this game is the heart-shaped "window" (for light & ventilation) on the $h*tter >x'D (it was pretty common in Europe in "ye olde" times)

It's a bit easy to put things in tires, it also depends. Just put the item(s) in the tire and then put the wheel rim on, then air it up, put it on the car, and wala.

tip idk if you learn this in this video but damaged part reports I think give extra cash until you get the blue docket change where its basically the party wanting all vics to be prim and proper meaning ya main goal is to follow the reds but the biggest thing is to read the blue one every time you clear out your smugglers list
