I was the same way. I was working security in a government building, and calling in sick at least once a month because my boss kept yelling at me all the tom. I was coming home crying every evening. I work for the same security company at a different location now where I am treated a lot better.

I was harassed out of a job once. It was odd she called a problem employee even though I had the highest customer satisfaction reviews. She said that many of my co-workers did not want to work with me, but when I ask who and why so that we could work it out she said no. I tried asking my co-workers if anyone had an issue working with me or if they new because I want to fix what ever the problem was. The manger then wrote me up for causing drama saying that she had never told me that. It was just a lot of craziness, I had to leave for my own already fragile mental health. Its okay though because she was removed from that location six months later and about a month after I left that stores reviews and customer approval rating dropped by half.

This reminded me of my previous job, my boss (a woman) talked to me like I were dumb,....and there was a lot of pressure and mobbing. After 15 years at that hospital secretary job, it was such a sweet liberation when I heard the words "you're fired" 🤣 I was the most joyful person leaving that place, the same day.. But I proposed to do overtime since it was the very last day there, and my boss couldn't go home until I did 🤣🤣🤣 Lots more to say about this experience, it taught me a great deal about myself and about human nature.
