It's obvious that the antagonist in this story wasn't thinking about his company. He was only thinking of the far commission that goes with closing the deal. ¥¥¥¥¥ There's another story here, and I'm not talking about the budding romance between Yui and Keiichi. What happened with the land in the mountains? That sounded like a big deal for the company, too, one that would require delicate negotiations, given that the owner wanted to sell only to someone who would preserve the land as is to protect the natural beauty of the land. Maybe the MC and FMC can buy it as a retirement property. After all, the MC has that sweet commission from closing the billion yen deal.

Busujima really need to get his pride check as if he think he can steal the deal of another employee under him he need to be able to answer the question they gave him. Also trying to sell the land that's already being purchase the client that your employee is dealing with is a bad move as if the client finds out that the one that signed off on it is Busujima not only well the deal be off, but the company's reputation would be stain and be known as a company that go behind a client's back to sell a land that being purchase to another client. If that happens Busujima won't get transfer to another department he'll be straight out terminated from the company for Breach of Contract as what he did is a clear violation of his employment contract. Also the client he was selling the land to would sue him for selling a land that's being purchase by another party and for not disclosing the height restriction.

Fuji was only DEMOTED and sent to the PR department after what he did?!?🤯🤯😳 He SHOULD have been FIRED on the spot after getting busted on sending Sah Toe off to the mountains the day of the final (scheduled) business meeting to take credit for the deal, then after Sah Toe salvaged the original deal Fuji goes offering the same property to another buyer for twice the price and lying about what could be built there. AND sued for interruption of business (his actions could have bankrupted the company and DID affect the company's reputation in a negative way, and fraud by the client he offered the same property to. 😡😡😡😡 BTW ... Fuji a moron. "What if the city or government needs the property?" is an EASY question to answer , even if he HAS only done residential sales in his career. RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IS THE SAME! The city or government CAN claim "Emanate Domain" and seize the property, paying cents on the dollar - NOT "fair market value" ... at least in the USA. (The Constitution prohibits just grabbing the land and kicking those on it out. In my home town several large neighborhoods which included retail stores, and in one case, a factory, were claimed under Emanate Domain. The smaller of the two (+/-) 900 families and homes) so a regional grocery chain could build and operate a distribution center on the land ... which they did. The larger (over 2,000 families and homes, PLUS a factory that employed over 500 people) for a national food processor and corn ethanol processing plant, could build a barge depot. That was 35 years ago. ALL the buildings were torn down, the streets and rail road tracks were removed. The former bustling neighborhood has been a 2,000 acre weed plot ever since. It is very doubtful the barge depot will ever be built. 😡 A third area between two parallel streets (including at least 1,000 homes, 3 factories, a railroad repair facility and railroad switching yard) was taken when they decided to make US Highway 30 4 lanes, and one way in each direction for 3 miles or so. (which they did. The formerly 2 lane city street was widened, and connected to the "old" US-30 at most of the cross streets that existed. I don't know how "Emanate Domain" works in other countries. No doubt in some, the property owner loses ownership, and is evicted, receiving zero compensation.

If he doesn't know the most basic information how would they expect him to make sure all the legal paperwork is complete. If he can't explain the basic information on the land I wouldn't trust him to get even basic paperwork completed and could mess up the transfer so that the deal wouldn't go through. And if you had someone who knew everything on a land deal gets replaced with someone who knows no basic information on it how do you know it's a real deal vs a scam.
