@@IoriYagamii Nah, I've worked in a lot of places, and honestly, nobody cares about appearances. The good looking ones are mostly married anyway, and life isn't some anime where you have supermodel equivalents walking around. In fact this whole "It" girl or "madonna" nonsense doesn't even exist in real life, never mind Japan. I mean the idea of worshipping a single "most beautiful girl" as the company's idol/madonna. Beauty is subjective, and it's not like people go around voting who's the most beautiful lady in the company or high school.

I just can say: Marvelous MC: A mature and diligent guy, modest and well mannered. I Like guys like him. FMC: Probably my favourite (and this is rare for me to say it like so. Desing, development, attitude, personality, I love her since second 1. Antagonist and F Ant.: They are good. Annoying, entitled, good looks, and the perfect example of people who are nothing but banality and appearance. With characters like this, the story is bound to be extremely satisfactory. Well threaded, very relatable, and so smooth it feels refreshing. Very nice work. The VAs made it gold with this story.

Ms. Hayashida is a great example of being great at their job, regardless of their situation. Oshisuke was looking at outward appearances, while Ryo worked on making sure that Ms Hayashida knew her job, despite being from another industry. As for her appearance, she actually looked great, even though she was plump, and that helped her to look better once she reduced some. She was a beauty regardless, but her past caused some low self esteem. It was good they started dating...and, Ryo, if the company wants to be jealous, let them! Great all around! 😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤

I only said what I said in my last comment because I believe that Wakamatsu and Oshitsuke just influenced/brought out the best and worst qualities in the women they were training. That's why I think Hanamura could've improved slightly if Wakamatsu was her trainer. Yeah, she may have had that personality issue beforehand, but at the very least his influence would make her cut back on it even a tiny bit and have her improve better at work.

Hey guys! I'm the Male VA For this episode, so thanks a lot for watching! Wakamatsu was the kind of guy we should strive to be. He didn't judge Hayashida based on her looks, but let her talent at work speak for itself. She was clearly self-conscious about her looks, but he helped lift her up and overcome that fear and she ended up beautiful in the end, both inside and out. I've said this before, but if I wasn't already married, i'd rather date someone who's less physically attractive, but with a great personality than a Super-Model with a bad attitude. And my Wife is testament to that. She's not Ugly by any means, but she's not exactly a super-model, nor would I want her to be, as she's perfect the way she is now, and her personality is far more attractive anyway. Shout-out to my Co-Star, RiceSumiChu, who once again did an amazing job on this episode. Great work! See ya next time!

Never judge a book by its cover. This is always true. But some idiots like Oshitsuke and Hanamura didn't pay attention to it.😅 Hanamura thought she's superior compared to Hayashida just because she's fat, so she looked down on her. But she didn't expect that other coworkers are nice to Hayashida. It all backfired on her, poor girl.🥺 As for O(sh*t)suke, maybe he has a sense of inferiority towards Wakamatsu. That might also be the reason why he's insulting Hayashida. He was so full of himself that he didn't even realized that it will lead him to his massive failure. And he even dragged Hanamura down with him, what an idiot.🙄 Six months later, Hayashida lost a lot of weight and became popular. Then Oshitsuke is hitting on Hayashida like his bad behavior towards her in the past was nothing? The f*cking audacity! But in the end, things didn't go well for him and Hanamura. That's what they get for being jerks to others.

even though this came before, I remember seeing a similar story from aoharu manga library at least 2 to 3 times that had this plot used here. also, I remember seeing this moral of the story a couple of times as well about never judge a book by it's cover. some people really need to stop choosing quality over quantity if you ask me. and who can never get tired of fmcs getting glow ups in the end when their worth is being presented and recognized? I will always love this drawing style.

I wonder if Hanamura turned out toxic only because Oshitsuke's toxic personality rubbed off on her, after forcing the situation for him to take her under his wing? She seemed neutral and impressionable in the beginning, when she was roped into spending time with the "wrong crowd". To be honest, I feel kinda sorry for Hanamura. She even admitted that Oshitsuke was a bad teacher and she would have preferred having Wakamatsu teach her instead, when Hayashida started showing promise and surpassing her at work. Wakamatsu should have taken Hanamura under his wing for proper training as well until the manager could arrange an alternative. She didn't deserve to be abandoned like that after following the poor leadership on Oshitsuke's behalf. As for Oshitsuke, he deserved a demotion at best and to be fired at worst, for his unprofessional attitude and poor work ethic.
