Glad you posted again this week! A nice surprise for us. Yes...salting most things changes the game. I absolutely HAVE to have a flaked sea salt on avocados and eggs for sure...mind you, I use it on everything 😛 I too was surprised by the last snack of the day...I thought it might be ice cream for some reason lol!

Haha yeah, I also have flaked salt on absolutely everything! 😆 I thought so too haha. Even though I used to have that as a last meal all the time before 😆 Forgot how good it was!

Haha how funny, I was just about to ask Matt if we should film that video this weekend 😂 Of how we met. We’ll try to make that happen! 😜 My foot is so much better, thank you! 😄 I can almost walk normally on it now, but I am still wearing the brace and it’s still a bit painful. 😅 But luckily it feels a little better every day 😊

Cannot wait for your ideas for Matt to eat! You can always add sweets in the evening so you have them too hehe. I just finished all of your videos. Started with the protein reviews and then with the vlogs. I so love all of your (holiday) vlogs! The videos are such a relaxment for me to enjoy while having breakfast and dinner. You guys are down to earth, fit and healthy and have a great relationship with food and with each other. Such a pleasure to watch instead of some KZbinrs who are so annoying, trying to be popular by screaming etc. A lot of your videos have so much sun that I can feel it here too haha and it makes me happy.
