Seems like you both have on going tummy issues .. before it escalates to worse stuff like Krohns disease etc consider intermittent fasting and eating only a limited number of times a day vs constantly something here and there. And when you eat within the limited times improve your probiotics - Dahi , kefir , fermented idli regularly . Shane is a gem and you both are such pure souls . Stay blessed
