All the best for your CBT on Saturday, hope it goes well for you. I completed my CBT recently and the CB125R is pretty much top of my list, I think it's a cracking looking bike. I'd never been on a bike previously and at 54yo I suppose it's pretty much a mid life crisis. I'm in no rush to get a bigger bike due to my lack of experience, I'd rather get something small and go at my own pace and do my test when I get a bit more experience and confidence. Enjoyed this and your last video, thanks for sharing and have fun on your new bike.

Thanks for the lovely comment. I’m very similar, first time on a bike and have no interest in getting anything more powerful for the time being. I just want to be able to get out and about having coffee in nice places. Perhaps when I want to go further afield and use motorways I may make that step but that’s a long way away from now. I’m hoping to continue the videos and I wish you look with your bike confidence.

Good to see you took my advice on the fender extender. I delivered your bike. How did you do on your CBT?

Ah hello, the man that gets to play Santa every day! I got through my CBT at the weekend and just need to get a day when the weather is nice and I’m not working to get out on it. Hopefully Friday 😀

Why 125? It is too underpowered

There are several apps ,Detecht, Senic, REVER. I am lucky enough to have Triumph app with connectivity with my bike and it’s brilliant you can store snd record your routes. Good luck and stay safe !

A 125cc is all you can ride in the UK if you only have a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) certificate and no proper motorcycle license
