fuckin hell your a monster dude...insane progress. iv been breaking 5 years more then you and i cant even do all basic power moves. i struggled for so long with it it got furstrating and i somewhat had to give up on learning some moves.
@KaioFalcrow2 жыл бұрын
thanks! I really appreciate that! when a move looks too hard it means you miss some other moves in order to achieve it. It's building blocks :)

@@KaioFalcrow not in my case. I had an injury that prevents me from doing something's that are needed to do moves. And its pretty much unfixable. So all I can do is work around it.

Great video my man !! But i have a question did you incorperate strength and flexible training in your breaking session or did you practise them aside ? Thanks !! I will start my journey this year
@KaioFalcrow2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! :) I started doing some calisthenics around 2019, but I have not being consistent in it. always used to stretch after each practice session, in this last year I stretched a bit more even outside the trainings :)

Been waiting for this video. :D Thank you so much for making this video! It is really cool to hear your breaking story, especially the part about you correcting your airflare technique. I never noticed that while watching your old videos. :) Also, do you think that it can be "too late" to start breaking? Or do you think that it's still possible to become really good at breaking when you're already 20 years old? Because I often hear that people started much earlier, just like you.
@KaioFalcrow2 жыл бұрын
welcome! :D 20 years is still young! :) anyone can totally start at this age and even a bit later. Of course, maybe if someone starts at 40 it's gonna be way harder reaching a professional level, but at 20 it's still more than possible!

Kaio I must say that I’d s very interesting journey!! U have extremely fast elbow air flares but all ur other moves are fast too!! Very impressive 😮 I wish I had more time in my life to focus on moves other than the flare but I don’t have a good Mat to practice airfares 😔all I have access to is s slippery floor for flares but Iam great full for that. I do plan on buying one of ur shirts for Christmas 😃😃😃
@KaioFalcrow Жыл бұрын
I really appreciate that! :) hmm maybe you can find some mats on amazon that you can use to practice other moves 🤔 Thanks!! 😃

Very detailed, thanks for sharing! When you’re training your powermoves, do you spend a lot of time working on the freezes? Or more of the dynamic stuff, like the motion of that power move
@KaioFalcrow2 жыл бұрын
yes, I spend a lot of times on freezes and figuring out how the moves works in slow motion. Then I gradually increase the momentum :)

It's crazy that u got one airflare in just a day.
@KaioFalcrow2 жыл бұрын
hmm it was not exactly like that, the first days I used to cheat with my left foot on the floor to connect airflare to flares. After some days it became smoother. But I could do it in such short time because I already knew elbowtracks, halos, windmills, flares and swipe.. without these basics I think it would have taken months or years haha
