Stormy did you ever go and see Karen Grimm's collection at Black Horse Ranch? I met Karen at her Shadow Hills address. She was a very nice person and her model collection was awesome. The real horses 🐴 were very nice too. I love your videos. You rock! Joel Cawthon Drafty Acres :)

What an amazing experience! I've been on the fence about attending Breyerfest,I'm just not very good with crowds,but the dioramas,watching the horses performing,and of course all of the models-! I do have a question:can you access areas that aren't being used by Breyerfest? Visiting Man o' War's memorial is something that would be hugely meaningful to me.

It can get very crowded in some areas, but there are also plenty of areas you can go to that don't have anyone around when you need a break from the chaos! Also Sunday is much quieter as there are less people that attend that day. Yes, you can access pretty much all of the KYHP as far as I know! You definitely can visit Man O' War's memorial. You also should be able to visit the KYHP Horse Muesum for free (at least that's how it was in years past.) I believe there are also other offers at the KYHP you can sign up for ahead of time during BreyerFest like tours and trail rides. The Police Horse Barn and a big barn near the BreyerFest activites are also open to anyone to come by and see the horses.

Unfortunately I never got to see all her collection as it was displayed originally aside from a few photos online. I did get to see a good deal of it through the collection dispersal sale though as I know the person who ran it at model horse swap meets and BreyerFest. Thank you!
