In the novel she has Cid considered as a potential partner since their nation does allow marriage between siblings and she’s forbidden Cid from marrying anyone else in the event of her death. Cid doesn’t take her seriously but, she has an unhealthy obsession with him. It stems from when he saved her as a toddler by stopping a boiling pot from falling on her with his bare hands.

In both the WN and LN she’s offhandedly mentioned Cid being so hopeless she couldn’t see herself marrying anyone but him, though I don’t recall the exact volume/chapter she said this.
