Same mere sath bhi hua hai. Baby ka size bada hota h to body stretch krti h. Aap coconut oil massage krte rho morning and night. Dr se bhi ak bar baat jarur kro is bare me. Dr ke suggetion se ab todi exercise bhi karna shuru kar do. Butterfly sitting, squat exercise, duck walk and daily 30 min walk. Mujhe isse bhut help milti h.
