If you just want to play the main story and quests of the game, yes, then basically every character at C0 with a 4* weapon will get you through the game, if you have at least some decent artifacts.

No, the 3 of them wouldn't "fit easily", they would Barely be inside the circle, and Amber's burst doesn't hit as hard when you're not in the center. The fact a Burst can't even keep the enemies inside, just means Mihoyo really did Amber dirty, I love her but she seriously needs a rework

I don't really practice but I've been playing FPS type games for many years. The Guyun Stone Forest challenge is a great exercise though- though the Ruin Guards are very predictable it mostly trains you to be aware of where you're standing and where to reposition to shoot which is just as important when it comes to aiming.
