You can do it just play everyday and do the missions! I am playing now for like 4 years and I have many limited cards and I have 1 R theme of all the groups and soloist!

That might be because it's not available in your country, same thing happende to me. But yeah, you can just search Superstar Jyp apk and it should pop up. (I reccomend downloading from apkpure btw)
