As a ultra long haul flight attendant for 6 years, I would add: Put your shoes in a seperate bag! Not free and all over your other things. This is a bad habit and so dirty. Take disinfectant wipes with you everywhere (planes and airports are disgusting) The less face products you use, the better. You strip your natural oils away! Don’t stress yourself out too much!

hey sammy, I've noticed you've been getting sick so much lately, and you do take tons of supplements and vitamins, and I'm not a doctor but I feel like these types of things dont actually help you stay healthy but acutally do the opposite, because your immune system gets '"lazy" since it relies so much on these supplements to keep you healthy. I mean if you think about it, we really dont need these extra vitamins and supplements since our body is supposed to be able to function well by itself, and I mean it has for the last thousands of years for humans without "outer help" like supplements.. I really hope you will considerate not taking these things, at least try it for a while, and see if it helps. In the beginning youll probably get sick even more, since your body relies so much on them by now but after a while your body shoudl start to regulate itself again! Celine Laurel honestly these naturopaths feeding an abundance of vitamins to their clients is a bit of a scam. People will believe anything a professional says which means more $$$ for them. So yeah, a naturopath will sell as much vitamins to someone that doesnt jnow they dont need that much.

Don’t you pack clothes? That a lot of chemicals. All the flight attendants say NEVER drink water on the plane, always get bottle or can drinks. I just drink my water. Love the LV bag 🌹. Happy travels we RV around the country and try not to fly too much.

We can tan naturally here in Australia as well but a lot of us choose to use fake tan instead, as tanning in the sun puts you at a high risk of skin cancer and also premature aging 😊
