Nobody is perfect. Relationships are hard, But I've figured out that there's always a way to fix things when there's a problem. Five years back, my wife and I were on the brink of divorce because of issues in our marriage, but we found a way to fix them. It was hard, but we made it through.

I really agree strongly. The eternal DIVORCE NOW!!!! panacea to every relationship problem of the manosphere and the reddit crowd just sucks. What often goes wrong with these adultery stories is the shock of the discovery of the betrayal is so great, that it really takes at least months to process the first pain. No final decisions should be made during that period. In many cases the consequences of divorce are too harsh for the woman, especially once she is 40 or older (she will end up alone, or in a third rate relationship, with bad emotional and economic prospects for the rest of her life), and in many cases reconciliation is possible when the initial trauma subsides.

Cheating wife, after admitting to being selfish with the affair, demands custody of the child. Why? Selfish reasons. How much remorse can she have that she would make her betrayed husband spend most of his nights at home alone? Then she callously says, “You won’t lose her. You’ll see her and be with her often.” Well, if it’s such a good arrangement, witch, you take it.

It was a terrible mistake, it doesn't meant anything, it's about 17 years, and your daughter is not biologically yours, I am sorry dear, please you have to believe me, I love you. It didn't mean anything, we didn't mean to hurt you.. 😂

I really get sick of these stories where everybody, betrayers and betrayed alike, end up being pals and having barbecues together. It's stupid and unrealistic. The kind of betrayals occurring in these stories are not like transient glitches. They're a reflection of who these people are. Knowing this, why would ANYONE in their right mind have any contact with them whatsoever? If I had been the daughter, I would say sure, mom. Of course we can hang out. Just as soon as you explain your behavior in a way I can understand and identify with. And "I don't know why I did it" isn't going to work.

I thought Richard was sentenced for 8 years then why he was released from jail after 10 years? Was it something he had done while he was in prison that caused him another 2 years on top of the 8 years?

It used to be the working theory that mothers were the best option because they were naturally more nurturing. Now there is actual data that shows that outcomes for single father homes rival outcomes from two parent homes and both eclipse single mother homes. So in the cases where this known, there is now a more fair disposition, which seems odd as the data would seem to indicate fathers should have significant preference.

There is no convincing argument. For very young children, the mother is the most important parent, but the older they get, the more important the dad becomes, and when they reach puberty, he's the most important. ALthough this is often obscured because dads can be too absent due to waaaaay too long working hours, because of Capitalism.

It is true, that after decades of insane abuse, courts have been, not enthusiastically, but because they could no longer avoid it, improving their hateful attitudes of children and fathers a little bit, but the man hate and overreach in favor of women continues, albeit less pronounced. Also: they don't side with the women because they 'love' them, only as a tactic to destroy as many men and families as is possible, and they have been insanely successful. Marriage is dead, and loneliness among men and especially women older than 40 is off the charts.
