The drums in this song were written by all the members, each one had the opportunity to experiment, and the sound is based on a festival in which colored powders are thrown into the air and the music that is played in it. It is very experimental and one of the best in Danger Days, you should react to Save Yourself, I'll Hold Them Back, it's perfect :). Great video.

From what I’ve heard and from reading the killjoy comics, this song is about sex robots and their god/thing they worship (Destroya) and their job to serve him and work for him. So the moans are obviously indicating sex and their job

Yessss Destroya. Although it has a different sound from the previous songs, it is also amazing. I love the energy of the song. What I love most about MCR, their music, each song is so uniquely different. Now, many can say most artist songs are different, but not like MCR. They take chances that just work and the music sounds amazing.
