Happy March 22! It's been three years since one of my favorite bands broke up, but they haven't finished leaving their impact. I will always miss them and I'm happy that they're still all making music.

It’s kinda hard trying to explain to people why I prefer this version over the refined one on Conventional Weapons. Songs like this, songs that I feel he sang because that’s just something he was feeling at the moment, just raw and uncensored; it deserves to be left untouched to keep that sort of pure chaos. I love this btw!

I prefer it to the point of flat out disliking the released version & loving this 1 so much it's in my top 5 favorite songs of all time & 100% my favorite MCR song and I'd be shocked if anyone needed an explanation of why. In this version Gerards emotions sounds like they were bursting out of him, the instruments are so much more powerful & gain momentum all the way through till the end, & it's a beautiful story. The final CW version Lacks the same impact. Although I have yet to hear many songs that have so much impact as this does.

This is so freaking awesome. You should be proud AF. There is many songs over the years that were cut from albums or changed & bewildered me but this 1....is undescribable. My favorite MCR song. Thank you for giving us the closest to a studio version as well ever get. It's insane how similar to Gerard you're able to sing it from 50 seconds on. You were even able to capture his emotions. After she broke up with me, and turned out she was cheating on me just found there was a previous version, The 2008 live version. After hearing this cover, it made a lot of sense for my broken heart and myself.

What people don’t understand about the live version is that it was never intended to be the final version it was just a demo idea it has no real structure like the CW one does. It’s like the live version of You Know You’re Right from 1993. It’s just Kurt spewing out different lyrical ideas over the main rift, it feels incomplete. I think they liked the ballad raw emotion this demo had and gave that to the amazing “The Light Behind Your Eyes”
