I WAS THERE! Such a legendary concert! It took so long for them to get on stage but when they did it was AWESOME! So many bangers, unfortunately i don’t remember a lot of it and I didn’t take many pics/vids

I WAS THERE!!!! i was heartbroken in 2013 when they broke up, then i died inside when 2019 rolled around. i bought tickets so fast to their reunion tour only for covid to delay it. but for a kid who thought they would never see their favourite band live- it was the best night ever!

Im so glad everyone else had a similar experience to me. I literally came to peace with possibly never seeing them in this life, and then they announced their tour. My boyfriend bought me a ticket THE DAY OF and surprised me. I know ive said this in other comments but this really was the best night of my life.

You just said EXACTLY what happened for me. My heart exploded when they dropped the news on Frank's b-day (Halloween). Oh, and I was at this show, but I was so thrilled to be there I just kept grabbing my face saying "I can't believe this is happening! I can't believe I'm here! This is real!" So apparently I was in shock because I can't remember actually "seeing" the show. Lol! So I'm living for this recording.

It's been over a year and I'm still riding the high from this show. Incredible energy, gut-busting performance. Thanks putting up such a high quality recording; although I will never be in the Wells Fargo Center on August 29, 2022 again, I have a piece of it that I can revisit, and for that I'm grateful.

I was there that night! BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! It was an honor and a privilege to be able to see them for the 3rd time (2/25/07 [first time and first concert] and 9/17/11 were the previous 2 times I saw them live) that night! So worth the wait!

@@bread8439 Great question! I get why my comment reads the way it does, but I can explain: my girlfriend bought two tickets way in advance. They were intended for her and her brother. Her brother couldn't make it, so she invited me instead (read: she needed me to drive her there). I'd kind of written MCR off before , but I'd never really heard their music beyond the songs everyone knows (and even those songs are good). They put on a great live show. When you hear the crowd, you hear us. I hope that explains it. EDIT: Also, sorry for the late reply. I do hope you read this, though!

Thank you so much for this amazing video of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. I have a lot of emotion mixed up with this show, which was both an awesome road trip with friends and a time of preemptive grief because my 20-year-old man cat had taken a sharp turn downhill while we were doing our makeup. But he was several hours away and with my spousal unit and vet care, and we both long since knew this could come any day, so the show went on. I screamed my head off, I made it back home in time to say goodbye, and when I watched this to remember the singular adrenaline rush of losing it along with the entire arena when they launched into Thank You For the Venom, I lost it crying. I should also mention that we went to the Mutter Museum earlier that day, complimenting another MCR fan with her amazing Strawberry Shortcake dress, and the matter of fact respect for death was fascinating and beautiful and also helped me weather that farewell.

I know, right? His shorts are everything! I saw them when they played on Long Island in New York on Saturday, August 27th and they were beyond amazing! Gerard had the same type of shorts on as he does in this video and I was in awe. The perverted side of my personality was hoping something might fall out of his shorts but I believe he was strapped in very well to ensure that he didn't put on more of a show than he had intended to, if you know what I mean. 😉
